Project is aimed at building 33 Condos and 2500 Sq Ft of Retail space on the first floor. Acquired ready to build lots with city approved plans in growth neighborhoods of Washington, DC. Currently, we are in the construction phase.


Sugar Creek Road

Land development of a 18-acre parcel in walking distance to the new metro line that connects to Downtown Charlotte and UNC Charlotte. Rezoned the property to Transit Oriented Development (TOD) zoning and after receiving necessary approvals, subdivided the entire Land in to 2 separate parcels and sold to Apartment Developers. Proceeds have been distributed to Investors.
